Refund & Cancelation Policy
All our design services are 100% refundable up to the first 60 days of the original sale date as long as no work has been completed on the project. We do not issue refunds if we have already began working on the project. Please see bullets below for refund policy regarding any refunds requested after 60 days of the original sale:
Refund Policy (no work has completed on project):
- 1-60 days: 100% refund minus merchant fees
- 60-90 days: 50% refund minus merchant fees
- 90+ days: Sale is final - NO REFUND
Refund Policy (work has started/completed on project):
- NO REFUND
All refunds are subject to a merchant fee if paid online. We utilize PayPal for our online payment system and their current merchant fee is 2.5% of the total sale + $0.30 per transaction. This amount will be automatically deducted from any refund issued by GzP Design.
Please be aware that we process all refunds on the same the first business day of the 3rd week of every month.
